In her years of experience practicing exclusively in the area of personal injuries law, Rachel has acquired the necessary technical skills to run even the most complex of claim, ranging from TPD, WorkCover, motor vehicle accidents and public liability.
Rachel understands the stress that often accompanies a personal injuries claim, and actively endeavours to ensure that her clients are given an accurate picture of the claims process, and what to expect, from day one. She appreciates that most often, a client simply wishes to focus on regaining their health and moving forward, and takes pride in ensuring all of the clients are taken care of during the claims process.

Rachel’s passion for her work is underpinned by her belief that the most vulnerable members of society deserve economic protection, particularly when their injuries are caused through the fault of another. Rachel completed her law degree in New Zealand. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of New Zealand. In addition to her work with clients, Rachel is a member of the Sunshine Coast Law Association and also volunteers with Suncoast Community Legal Service.
